Brothers Jerry and John Luehrs won the Fishing for a Cure tournament at Braidwood Lake today.

They weighed three largemouth, biggest going 3.79 pounds, at 9.19 pounds.

Jerry, of Lansing, and John, of Manhattan, also won in 2008.

They were using dark-colored plastics in deep water.

Coming in second was Josh Hubbard (left, below) of Wilmington and Kenny Sheets of Joliet with three largemouth at 8.04 pounds.

They were fishing crankbaits.
