SHARE Flossmoor's own Drew Sidora to lead holiday parade

The grand marshal for tge 80th annual Chicago holiday parade — known for many years as McDonald’s Thanksgiving Parade — will be Flossmoor’s own Drew Sidora. The actress, who most recently starred as Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins in the VH1 film “CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story,” will headline the huge event Nov. 28 — that will include a dozen giant favorite character balloons, floats, equestrian groups, theatrical performances and celebrity guests — marching through the Loop, along State Street from Congress Parkway to Randolph Street. It all kicks off at 8 a.m. on Thanksgiving Day.
