I loved when the wetland program manager for Illinois got on his pulpit about food plantings for waterfowl and migratory birds. He makes strong sensible points.

“Outside” airs from 4:30-5 p.m. Mondays on WKCC-FM (91.1) in Kankakee. The rebroadcasts are at 8:30 a.m. on Saturdays.
