Need a fresh goose egg? Check out the Evanston Indoor Farmer & Artisan Food Market.

Each Saturday through April 26, shoppers can find delicacies at the Evanston Ecology Center, 2024 McCormick Blvd., where 40 or so vendors offer a menu of items, the Evanston Review reports.

This is the market’s third year. Founder Dennis Clarkson says the heated outdoor tent, which is new this year, has generated some excitement among patrons.
