SHARE Man shot in West Englewood

A man was wounded in a shooting early Monday in the West Englewood neighborhood on the South Side.

The man, 26, was shot in the leg about 12:30 a.m. in the 6600 block of South Hoyne Avenue, police said.

He transported himself to Holy Cross Hospital, where he was listed in “stable” condition, police said.
