Police are searching for a 13-year-old girl who has been missing since Sunday from her home in the West Side Humboldt Park neighborhood.

Deonna Smooth has been missing since about 5 p.m. Sunday from her home in the 4300 block of West Thomas, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.

She frequents the 4300 block of West Crystal, police said.

Deonna is described as a 5-foot-6, 110-pound black girl with long brown hair, brown eyes, a medium complexion and green-painted fingernails.

She was last seen wearing a black and white Pelle Pelle jacket with white lettering, black and gray jeans and black, purple and white gym shoes.

Anyone with information is asked to call Area North detectives at (312) 744-8266.
