SHARE Police: Autistic 14-year-old boy missing from South Shore

Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a 14-year-old autistic boy missing from the South Shore neighborhood since Monday afternoon.

Jasean Coleman was last seen about 3 p.m. Monday in the vicinity of the 7900 block of South Muskegon, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.

Coleman is autistic and was last seen with 33-year-old Amanda Stinson, described as a 5-foot-2, 200-pound black woman, police said.

The boy may be in the area of 79th Street between Muskegon and Cottage Grove, police said. He also likes to go to the lakefront.

Coleman is described as a 150-pound, 5-foot-4 black boy with brown eyes, brown hair and a medium complexion, police said.

Anyone with information on the boy’s whereabouts is asked to contact Area South detectives at (312) 747-8274.
