Chicago Police are looking for a 15-year-old girl who has been missing from her home in the South Side Woodlawn neighborhood for more than two weeks.

Destiny Johnson, also know as “Dee-Dee” or “Pooh Bear,” was last seen Dec. 21 in the 6400 block of South Greenwood, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.

She is described as a 5-foot-2, 150-pound black girl with brown eyes, black hair and medium complexion. She was last seen wearing a purple coat with a gray hoodie, gray jogging pants, and either tan Timberland boots or black Nike gym shoes. She may be carrying a teal blue bag with white polka dots, and a small black and white purse.
