FOUND: Man reported missing from Humboldt Park considered ‘high risk’

Rafael Rosario was last seen on foot. — Rafael Rosario suffers from dementia, police said.

A 62-year-old “high risk” man reported missing from Humboldt Park has been found.

Rafael Rosario was last seen June 9 walking in the area of the 1400 block of North Fairfield Avenue, according to an alert from Chicago police.

Police canceled his missing persons Tuesday evening stating that he was located.
