A man found Sunday afternoon in the West Rogers Park neighborhood has been reunited with family.

The 86-year-old wasn’t able to identify himself after being found in the 6300 block of North Oakley Avenue, according to a flyer from Chicago police.

He was initially listed an an unidentified person, but police on Monday said he is now with family at a hospital being evaluated.
