A 25-year-old man was wounded in a drive-by shooting Saturday night in the Bridgeport neighborhood on the South Side.

He was walking with a female companion at 10:19 p.m. in the 3000 block of South Halsted when someone shot him from a black pick-up truck, according to Chicago Police.

The man was struck in the buttocks and taken to Stroger Hospital, where his condition stabilized, police said.
