A man was wounded early Saturday in a shooting in the Albany Park neighborhood on the Northwest Side.

The 28-year-old man was walking on the sidewalk at 12:16 a.m. in the 3800 block of West Leland when someone fired shots from a gold vehicle, according to Chicago Police.

The man was struck in the right leg, and taken to Illinois Masonic Medical Center, where his condition stabilized, police said.

The men, 18 and 20, were in the 1800 block of West Monroe Street about 9:20 p.m. when two people got out of a light-colored sedan and fired shots. They were hospitalized in fair condition.
