A 27-year-old man was shot Sunday afternoon in the South Chicago neighborhood.

At 12:42 p.m., he was standing outside in the 2900 block of East 87th Street when he heard shots and felt pain, according to Chicago Police.

The man showed up at Trinity Hospital with a gunshot wound to the buttocks, police said. He was in good condition.
