A man was shot early Saturday in the East Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side.

The 31-year-old was walking about 2 a.m. in the 3300 block of West Fulton when he heard shots and felt pain, according to Chicago Police.

He suffered a gunshot wound to his right leg and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
