A man was shot in the neck early Saturday in the North Austin neighborhood on the West Side.

About 12:35 a.m., the 20-year-old was riding west in a vehicle in the 5000 block of West Division when shots rang out and he was struck in his neck, according to Chicago Police.

He showed up at West Suburban Medical Center in Oak Park, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
