An 18-year-old was shot and wounded Saturday as he stood outside in the 1400 block of West Morse Avenue near the CTA’s Morse Red Line L stop in Rogers Park.

He was treated for a leg wound at St. Francis Hospital in Evanston for a leg wound, the police said.
