A man was shot Wednesday afternoon in the Little Village neighborhood on the Southwest Side.

The 23-year-old was standing outside about 2:30 p.m. in the 2600 block of South Drake when someone fired at him from a gray SUV, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in serious condition with gunshot wounds to his torso, arm and abdomen, police said.
