A man in a wheelchair missing since Thursday morning from the Rogers Park neighborhood on the North Side has been found.

Willie “Bill” Rushing, 68, was last seen about 8:30 a.m. Thursday in the 7600 block of North Sheridan, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.

He has since been located, police said Friday afternoon.

The men, 18 and 20, were in the 1800 block of West Monroe Street about 9:20 p.m. when two people got out of a light-colored sedan and fired shots. They were hospitalized in fair condition.
