WASHINGTON–Health and Human Services Sec. Kathleen Sebelius is back in the hot seat on Wednesday, testifying before the Senate Finance Committee on the botched Obamacare rollout. The committee is chaired by Sen. Max Baucus, D-Mont, a key architect of the 2010 health care law. Last week, Sebelius, appearing before a House panel, apologized for the poor launch of President Barack Obama’s signature law, calling it a “debacle.” The hearing starts at 10 a.m. ET
