A man was shot in the Greater Grand Crossing neighborhood on the South Side early Saturday.

The 37-year-old was shot in the right leg in the 6800 block of South King Drive about 12:10 a.m., according to preliminary information from police.

He was taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center, where he was listed in good condition, police said.

Further details were not available early Saturday.
