A pregnant woman was among three people injured in a shooting Friday afternoon in south suburban Calumet City.

A 21-year-old South Holland woman who was pregnant was shot about 3:30 p.m. in the 600 block of River Drive, according to Calumet City police. Also shot were two men — ages 21 and 23 — of Calumet City.

Additional information about the shooting was not provided by police.

All three were taken to a local trauma center with gunshot wounds, police said. The woman’s baby was not harmed and the conditions of all three had stabilized.
