Man shot on Near West Side

A man was shot in the leg Saturday morning on the Near West Side.

The 31-year-old was in the 2400 block of West Lexington about 3 a.m. when he was shot, police said.

He was taken to University of Illinois Hospital and Health Sciences System, where he was listed in good condition.
