A man was shot in Jackson Park in the South Side Woodlawn neighborhood late Monday afternoon.

About 4:05 p.m., the 20-year-old was shot in the wrist in the 6600 block of South Cornell, police said.

He was taken to Jackson Park Hospital and Medical Center, where he was listed in good condition, police said.

According to a police source, the man is a documented gang member.
