Of course, we don’t need to tell you there’s a Chicago Hot Dog Hall of Fame. But it should be pointed out that the encased meats recognition of greatness has has a new star.

Doug Sohn’s Hot Doug’s has already achieved something close to legendary – if not cult – status. Now it must be official. Sohn’s “encased meat emporium” was recognized by Vienna Sausage to its Hot Dog Hall of Fame os one of the great sausages and stands in town.
