Two men were shot and wounded Saturday afternoon in Back of the Yards.

The men, ages 18 and 30, were shot by someone who walked up and opened fire around 3:25 p.m. as they stood outside in the 5000 block of South Aberdeen, according to the police.

The 30-year-old — shot in the abdomen, buttocks and and one leg — was in serious condition at Stroger Hospital, accorind go the police, who said the younger man was in good condition at Stroger with an ankle wound.
