Perhaps no one knows what Neuqua Valley is supposed to be, and what it isn’t supposed to be, better than Tyler Tesmond.
Called up late as a sophomore two years ago, Tesmond played in 11 games as Neuqua Valley won 30 games for a second straight year en route to a Class 4A fourth-place finish in 2013.
