Man shot in Englewood

A man was shot in the Englewood neighborhood Thursday afternoon.

About 2:20 p.m., the 18-year-old walked into Saint Bernard Hospital and Health Care Center with a gunshot wound to the leg, police said.

He told officers he was shot in the 300 block of West 57th Street. His condition was not immediately available, police said.

The wound may have been self-inflicted and the man was not cooperating with investigators, according to a police source.
