An elderly man has been reported missing from the Humboldt Park neighborhood on the West Side, police said Wednesday night.

David Pound, 75, was last seen April 3 in the 1500 block of North Pulaski, according to an alert issued by Area North detectives.

Pound was described as a white man, standing 5-foot-2 and weighing 240 pounds, police said. He has gray hair and a light complexion. His eye color was not known.

He is often in the area near North and Ashland, as well as the intersection of Jackson and Halsted, police said.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Area North detectives at (312) 744-8266.

The men, 18 and 20, were in the 1800 block of West Monroe Street about 9:20 p.m. when two people got out of a light-colored sedan and fired shots. They were hospitalized in fair condition.
