Jimmy Butler stays in shape with pilates workout

The offseason started two weeks ago for Jimmy Butler after the Bulls lost to the Cleveland Cavaliers in the Eastern Conference Semifinals.

Butler posted a picture on Instagram of him and a friend after a pilates workout, and they looked drenched.

The pilates workout must have really kicked Butler’s ass, but I don’t know if it will help him defend LeBron James next season.
