A woman who may be in need of medical assistance has been reported missing from the Bronzeville neighborhood on the South Side.

Surina Tucker, 45, was last seen May 5 in the 3700 block of South Michigan, according to an alert issued by Area Central detectives.

She was described as a black woman, standing 5-foot-2 and weighing 120 pounds, polices said. She has brown eyes, black hair and a medium complexion.

Tucker was last seen wearing a black jacket and gray jeans, police said. She wears her hair in tight braids and in a bun and had a Michael Kors purse when she was last seen.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call Area Central detectives at (312) 747-8380.
