A 25-year-old woman was sexually assaulted and robbed at gunpoint Friday afternoon in the Calumet Heights neighborhood.

About 12:30 p.m., the woman was walking in the 8800 block of South Crandon when a gunman approached and forced her into her home, where he then sexually assaulted and robbed her, according to a statement from Chicago Police.

The suspect is a 6-foot-1, 200-pound black man with a medium complexion, police said. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, dark blue jeans and black and red Air Jordan gym shoes.
