A man suffered a graze wound in a shooting early Sunday in the North Lawndale neighborhood on the West Side.

The 19-year-old man was walking in the 3300 block of West 15th Street about 3 a.m. when he “heard shots and felt pain,” police said.

He suffered a graze wound to his hand was taken by a friend to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was listed in good condition, police said.

A police source said the man is a documented gang member.
