The FBI is looking for information about a south suburban bank robbery Monday morning.

A man took $6,100 from West Suburban Bank in Bolingbrook, 672 E. Boughton Rd., at 9:17 a.m., according to the FBI and Bolingbrook police Lt. Carter Larry.

He did not show a weapon and no one was injured, Larry said. Police believe there was another suspect helping the robber from outside of the bank, he said.

The robber is described as a 6-foot, 170-pound male wearing a black shirt, light colored pants, red floppy hat and sunglasses, the FBI said.

Anyone with information is asked to call the FBI’s Chicago office at (312) 421-6700.
