Bulls guard Jimmy Butler bought a four-story, six-bedroom home in River North for $4.3 million, the Chicago Real Estate Daily reported Tuesday.

The home, built in 2008, has 10,000 square feet of indoor space, three outdoor terraces, including a 1,350-square-foot rooftop deck, a 750-bottle wine cellar and an elevator, according to the listing.

The house was listed in May for $4.6 million and went under contract in late August. The sale closed Sept. 15.

According to the real estate broker notes in the Redfin description:

HOME FEATURES TITAN SECURITY, ELEVATOR, CRESTRON SYSTEM, KALEIDOSCOPE TV, ELECTRIC SHADES, CUSTOM STAIRCASE, 750 BOTTLE WINE CELLAR & 3 CAR ATTACHED GARAGE. QUALITY FINISHES THROUGHOUT. GREAT WALKABLE LOCATION, EASY ACCESS TO HIGHWAY.

The photos included with the listing makes it hard not to envy the young Bulls star. He’ll be living in prime location in his favorite city.
