A 15-year-old boy was shot in the foot Tuesday afternoon in the Lithuanian Plaza neighborhood on the Southwest Side.

The attack happened about 3:45 p.m. in the 6900 block of South Western, according to Chicago Police.

The boy was taken to Comer Children’s Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
