You know it’s not your day when you have to leave a game before it has even started.
Such was the case for Philadelphia 76ers center Nerlens Noel on Thursday night when he abruptly walked away from the opening tip against the Bulls and made a bee-line to the locker room.
Noel heads to the locker room.
Some speculated Noel needed a bathroom break. The 76ers officially said it was nausea.
Nerlens Noel didn't start because of mild nausea but is available to play according to Sixers PR.

Noel got the bucket and a headache after hitting his head on the backboard.
It only got worse as the Bulls rallied from a huge deficit to defeat the 76ers 115-111 in overtime—an overtime which saw Noel miss a dunk. Noel finished with eight points in 24 minutes.
