Man shot in Brighton Park

A man was shot and seriously wounded early Tuesday in the Brighton Park neighborhood on the Southwest Side.

The 24-year-old was shot in the abdomen, right hand, arm and knee at 5:07 a.m. in the 4500 block of South Francisco, according to Chicago Police.

He showed up at St. Anthony Hospital and was later transferred to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was listed in serious condition, police said.
