Chicago Police are cautioning North Side residents after a pair of armed robberies last week in the Roscoe Village and West Ridge neighborhoods.

Three men robbed people at gunpoint about 9 p.m. Jan. 26 in the 1900 block of West School, and about 7 p.m. Jan. 28 in the 6100 block of North Mozart, according to a community alert issued Sunday night.

The men drove off in a victim’s car after one of the robberies, the alert said.

The suspects are described as three men in their early 20s. In the Mozart robbery, one of them was estimated to weight between 250 and 300 pounds, police said.
