Two Chicago Police officers saved the life of another officer who had a heart attack Saturday night in the 11th District Police station.

At 6:30 p.m., a 59-year-old 11th District officer suddenly collapsed and lost consciousness, police said in a statement.

Officers Mulligan and Parks immediately went to the officer’s aid by performing CPR and using an Automated External Defibrillator. The officer then regained consciousness, police said.
