A woman was grazed by a bullet in the Humboldt Park neighborhood on the West Side Sunday night.

The 24-year-old woman was sitting in a vehicle in the 1100 block of North Pulaski Road at 7:28 p.m. when she heard shots and felt pain, police said.

She suffered a graze wound to the face, and she showed up at Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center where her condition stabilized, police said.
