Bears’ schedule features 4 prime time games

The Bears’ schedule was set Thursday, with a “Thursday Night Football” game at Lambeau Field among the four prime-time highlights.

They’ll open in Houston and close at the Vikings’ new stadium.

The Bears will rotate road and home games through the first eight weeks before a bye.

Here’s a look at the schedule:

Sept. 11 at Texans, noon (Fox)

Sept. 19 vs. Eagles, 7:30 p.m. (ESPN)

Sept. 25 at Cowboys, 7:30 p.m. (NBC)

Oct. 2 vs. Lions, noon (Fox)

Oct. 9 at Colts, noon (Fox)

Oct. 16 vs. Jaguars, noon (CBS)

Oct. 20 at Packers, 7:25 p.m. (CBS, NFL Network)

Oct. 31 vs. Vikings, 7:30 p.m. (ESPN)

Week 9: Bye

Nov. 13 at Buccaneers, noon (Fox)

Nov. 20 at Giants, noon (Fox)

Nv. 27 vs. Titans, noon (CBS)

Dec. 4 vs. 49ers, noon (Fox)

Dec. 11 at Lions, noon (Fox)

Dec. 18 vs. Packers, noon (Fox)

Dec. 24 vs. Redskins, noon (Fox)

Jan. 1 at Vikings, noon (Fox)

Earlier Thursday, the Bears set dates and times for their four preseason games: vs. Broncos, Aug. 11 at 7 p.m.; at Patriots, Aug. 18 at 7 p.m.; vs. Chiefs, Aug. 27 at noon; and at Browns, Sept. 1 at 7 p.m.
