A body that was pulled from Montrose Harbor in Lake Michigan on Wednesday evening in the North Side Uptown neighborhood has been identified.

Police responded to a call of a body in the harbor near the 500 block of West Montrose Avenue about 4:30 p.m., according to Chicago Police.

The 35-year-old man, identified as Keon Enoy Munedouang, was dead at the scene, according to police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office. He lived in the 3400 block of North Elston.

An autopsy Thursday did not rule on Munedouang’s cause or manner of death, pending further studies.
