A man has been taken into custody early Monday after he barricaded himself in a building for nearly three hours in the West Pullman neighborhood on the Far South Side.

The Chicago Police SWAT Team responded to the domestic-related barricade situation about 11:40 p.m. Sunday in the 11900 block of South Wallace, according to preliminary information from police.

The 43-year-old man was taken into custody about 2:20 a.m. without incident and no injuries were reported, police said.
