A man was shot during a party early Saturday in the Washington Heights neighborhood on the South Side.
The 39-year-old man was standing outside about 1:15 a.m. with a large crowd during an outdoor party in the 9900 block of South Lowe when three males got out of a white vehicle nearby and opened fire, police said.
The man was shot in the leg and taken to Roseland Community Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
