It wasn’t long ago that the Bears defense was relentless in its effort to turn over the football. This season, the defense hasn’t shown much game-changing ability and has forced turnovers at a rate among the lowest in the NFL.

One of the few players on the roster with a history of forcing the opponent into mistakes, defensive back Kyle Fuller, hasn’t been able to find the magic he had in his sensational rookie season.

His season may have taken a turn for the better Sunday against the Vikings. Fuller nabbed his first pick of the season early into the contest and helped put the Bears in position to score.

Without turnover specialist Peanut Tillman, the Bears will need him to develop quickly and work towards hawking the ball more.

Despite a resurgent Fuller, the Vikings would go on to win the divisional matchup 23-20 and the Bears fell to 2-5 on the season.
