A woman was killed and six people — including five children — were injured in a crash on Interstate 80/94 in the south suburbs Monday evening.

A van carrying two adults and five children collided with a semi truck in the westbound lanes of the interstate near Route 394 in South Holland about 5:20 p.m., according to Illinois State Police.

The van rolled over during the crash and the driver, 70-year-old Mary L. Kulovitz lived in the 11200 block of Poplar Creek Lane in Orland Park.
