A man was shot in the Heart of Chicago neighborhood Monday night.

The 21-year-old was in the 2300 block of South Western when he was shot in the hand, police said.

He took himself to St. Anthony Hospital about 9:10 p.m., police said. He was listed in good condition.

The attack happened around 3 a.m. in the 9400 block of South Harvard Avenue, police said.
