A man was shot Sunday night in the Ravenswood neighborhood on the Northwest Side.

The 21-year-old was shot in the buttocks and left leg about 9:15 p.m. in the 5000 block of North Francisco, according to Chicago Police.

He later showed up at Swedish Covenant Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, police said.

Police said the man was uncooperative with investigators and “provided contradictory accounts of the circumstances.”
