A man was shot Friday evening in the Douglas Park neighborhood on the Near West Side.

The 28-year-old got into an argument with a group of males about 7:10 p.m. in the 1200 block of South Western, according to Chicago Police. He then got into his vehicle, at which point one of the males shot him in the right arm.

He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in good condition, police said.
