A 27-year-old man showed up at Stroger Hospital Wednesday night in critical condition with a gunshot wound to his leg, according to Chicago Police.

Someone dropped him off at the hospital about 5:20 p.m. in the 1900 block of West Harrison, Chicago Police said. The person who dropped him off then left the hospital.

It wasn’t known where the man was shot or the circumstances of the shooting.

Area Central detectives were investigating.

The men, 18 and 20, were in the 1800 block of West Monroe Street about 9:20 p.m. when two people got out of a light-colored sedan and fired shots. They were hospitalized in fair condition.
